Heos app5/16/2023 Therefore, we strongly recommend to do a Wireless Performance check in this case and - if applicable - to improve the Wi-Fi reception (by replacement of HEOS device or access point, aadition of another access point, band change). If you use a Wi-Fi connection between your HEOS device and the access point AND the problem is intermittant, a reboot of the speaker or of the HEOS app may only solve the problem for a certain time. Close the HEOS app completely and restart it. If this is the case, please disconnect the HEOS unit from AC power and re-connect. Please ensure that your speaker is connected to the same network as your control device and the LED of this speaker is solid blue.
